Concentrated Hair Conditioner
Before trying this, I used the traditional conditioners. Now that I read the labels, there were a lot of heavy oils and chemicals. They left my hair limp which I thought I could solve with all the other products in their line-up like mousses, styling aids, hair sprays, shine agents etc. etc. etc. My husband constantly complains that these products take up the entire vanity.
When I tried this conditioner, it was all I needed and my hair has lots of natural body and shine. My husband can't believe that one small bar has replaced all these products!
Its a sample size per the customer service team member who responded to my inquiry. Its much smaller than I assume the final product will be but here is the kicker will it be a $20 bar when its ready? Sadly being eco friendly is monetarily costly.
I loved the scent and performance. Has a patchouli - lime smell to me. Not sure. I like it but can understand why others do not so there should be other options. Rose would be nice or almond maybe? Performance was really really nice and I cant complain there but my hair is thick and I feel like I dissolved half the mini bar in the first use. Good product overall and would recommend and will use again
I've recently begun to try and reduce single-use plastics in my home, so I wanted to love this conditioner. I think it has potential, but needs a few changes before it will be my "go-to". This is the first bar I've tried, so I can't compare it to anything other than bottled conditioners. I agree with others on the size - I'd prefer a bigger bar. The small size makes it hard to hold, even when new, and I expect it'll become more challenging as the bar shrinks. The addition of a nice scent would also be a plus. The most important change for me would be amping up the level of luxuriousness (Not sure that's an actual word :)). The current formula conditions my hair enough to detangle it, but doesn't make it soft and silky the way the bottled stuff does. It also leaves a slightly sticky residue even after rinsing. I have fine hair so I'm not looking for something heavy, but I need a formula hefty enough to protect my hair from the heat of blowdrying. I'm definitely excited that a plastic free conditioner is an option at Etee and I'll surely try it again as it evolves. Thanks for listening to customer feedback!
Detangle. Moisturize. Ditch the plastic.
Our conditioner was developed from the same chemistry as a top-performing 'liquid' equivalent. What does that mean?
We got you. Added bonus - it smells fantastic (A blend of Wintergreen, Patchouli, and Lemon). It had to work with thick curly hair, fine straight hair, and everything in between. After several iterations, we believe we got it right. We think you'll agree.
Each full sized bar is 60gm and is equivalent to 3 - 4 bottles of liquid conditioner.
Each sample bar is 13.5gm.
