Each biodegradable pod holds our all-natural, bio-based concentrated dish soap and is made with 100% plant-based ingredients. Free from SLS, Phthalates, Sulphites, Sulphates, Synthetics Colourants or Fragrance. Packaged in our one of a kind, backyard compostable Beepods (tm)!
And how about some lavender lime magic happening while you soap up your dishes... sounds good right?
Each soap pod makes 400 ml / 13.5 oz of dish soap.
These plastic-free pods are handmade in our Toronto area shop, so you can trust that not only are our employees fairly treated, they're also free to goof it up from time to time. We kept it local with getting someone in the Toronto area to formulate our dish soap concentrate, too!

How to make your plastic free dish soap
Simply fill a dispenser or jar with 375 ml (12.5 oz) of water. Rip open your pod of concentrated dish soap over the jar and squeeze the soap into the water. Stir the mixture, cover with a lid or cap and give the dispenser a good shake. Let it sit for an hour before first use. Dispose the pod in the compost or garbage (rest assured it'll biodegrade in either). Squirt some soap into your sink of water or onto a dish cloth and clean those dishes like a pro. Rinse any soap from your dishes using hot water and for best results dry them with a clean cloth after you're done.
INGREDIENTS: Alcohol ethoxylate (plant-derived grease-cutting agent),Polyglucoside (plant-derived cleaning agent),Amine oxide (plant-derived cleaning agent),Hydroxyethylcellulose (plant-derived viscosity modifier), Citrus Aurantifolia Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil
I have been using this dish soap for close to a year and it took some time to adjust. I had to get out of my head that lots of suds meant clean dishes! Now I would not use any other product. I love the fact that none of the packaging goes to landfill and I purchase in large quantities to decrease the impact of shipping. I would highly recommend this product.
I love the dish soap from etee. It works great and it won’t hurt my family or the environment. Plastic free packaging makes it easy to dispose of.
I am on a journey to reduce my family's waste, I love that these beepods are backyard compostable and the concentrate can be made in my reusable glass container without as they say shipping water across the country in single use plastic. The beepods used to come in a box that was like a thick brown paper bag. I would tear it up and add that as browns to my compost pile too. Today I got a new shipment of dishsoap concentrate and the beepods are now in a colored photo covered glossy box. Imagine my disappointment. I loved composting the packaging. Now I'll have to really think about buying these again. Hope they change the packaging back!
Thanks for the feedback Angela! Fear not, we're on it. We're launching in retail stores - which is a big win - but it's taken us some time to figure out a packaging solution that will attract attention AND be super sustainable. By your next order, we should have the balance of retail ready packaging AND the kraft - compostable - boxes you are used to!
