Club etee FAQ

Club etee makes Ditching the Plastic easier and more affordable. Let etee take the hassle out of remembering when you'll need a set of replacement wraps, and lower the base price point at the same time. You choose what wraps that you want, and how often you want them delivered, and we'll take care of the rest. By knowing that we've got a loyal customer (like YOU!) who's got their wraps pre-ordered, it allows us to offer much better pricing. Any questions, just reach out to us at club@shopetee.com.
On average, each sheet should get about 120 - 150 uses, but it ultimately depends on how often, how intensively and for what purpose you use them. Some people will get a year out of them - especially when used as bowl toppers - while others who wrap on a daily basis may get closer to 4 - 6 months.
That's up to you! You can decide what frequency you get the wraps sent to you at, choosing between intervals of 4, 6, or 9 months. You can swap, skip or cancel any time! Just log into your account 7 days prior to your next shipping date so that we can prepare accordingly.
The current methods of payment that the Club etee Subscription is able to accept are Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
You are charged just as you would be when you make a one time purchase - so if you sign up for the 4 month plan, you will be charged the day that you sign up, and every 4 months after that. If you sign up for the 6 month plan, you will be charged every 6 months.
Absolutely! In that case just log into your account where you can easily skip your next delivery. Just make sure that the change is made 7 days before your next scheduled delivery date so that we can make any changes to your next order, such as getting a Smart Pack, rather than your usual Single Pack.
For sure! Maybe you went away on holidays and your wraps sat patiently in a drawer for a few weeks, reducing their need for replacement. By logging into your account, you can easily skip your next delivery (just make sure that the change is made 7 days before your next scheduled delivery date). Your subscription will then resume on the next scheduled delivery date.
In the United States, orders will be shipped via USPS, and in Canada they'll arrive via Canada Post. Tracking information is provided only on orders that are $40 USD or more.
No catch! Our wraps will cry little wrappy tears, but you can cancel without penalty, as long as it's 7 days prior to your next scheduled order date.

Best Moisturizer Ever!

I have been using etee's facial moisturizer for at least a year. All I can say is that "I love it!!". It goes on so smoothly, and my face feels so fresh after applying it. It may come in a little bottle, but it truly lasts a long time because you only need a little bit to cover your face. You know what "they" say ... "Good things come in small packages!!".

This goes on without leaving any trace and feels smooth and nourishing on my skin. I'm happy to use it on my face particularly. If I need to apply twice for longer exposure that feels fine also. Does not leave oil traces on the water if I swim (oil traces harm aquatic life). Good product!

One tube fills a small jar. The texture is similar to whipped cream. It is very moisturizing and my skin absorbs it quickly. The empty tube was easy to break apart for the compost. I have tried a lot of eco-friendish options and so far this is the best!

Customer service was great! My first order came through with some issues. I emailed asking for an exchange and they just replaced the whole order easy peasy. BEST Moisturizer I've EVER used!!!

I've tried them all, the drug store brands, the beauty boutique brands, but THIS is what does it for my face and my skin. I'm 53 with the crows that come along with it, and I've found them significantly diminished since I've started using this. I love it and I'm #NeverGoingBack!!!!
