I was actually disappointed this time with the packaging. Our packages was delivered in the evening and left outside overnight. By the time I brought it in and used it, the pods were rigid and it shattered when I tried to use it, and I lost part of the product. I only mention it because I know you care a lot about packaging and the end user experience is essential to that. And, I feel like I pay a lot more for this product than I normally would for face care, because of the eco-conscious packaging. If I would have known it would behave that way I would have waited to use it until it warmed up. I also didn't realize moderately cold weather would lead to that, nor could I tell how rigid the pod was just from the initial touch. So it was disappointing, and I even though I love the concept, this experience has me considering other face care options.
