Once I received my reusable cleanser dispenser I immediately prepare the cleanser and that evening I was finally able to use the cleanser to remove my eye makeup. What a nice surprise 😮. It was so easy to remove my makeup without a mess. I am very satisfied with the product and the dispenser. It's so easy to use. I highly recommend the cleanser and its dispenser.

Like all ETEE products, there's an adjustment period as we're all used to mainstream design strategies. It’s been a couple months, & now I find this glass dispenser is so much nicer than the upside-down plastic tube of my old, usual brand. Don’t pump on the counter (at first that threw me)…..pick it up, two quick pumps, & you're good to go. Never going back.

I purchased the whole set and I love this glass bottle and pump. Sometimes with reusable sets the quality is not great, but my entire family loves this facial cleanser and glass bottle/pump! 2 pumps is the perfect amount to wash away a full face of makeup!

This is an elegant bottle. My only complaint is that the clear labels sometimes have a crease or bubble in them after application, so it reduces the attractiveness if it sits out on the counter. Speaking of sitting on the counter-- I wanted to gift this wash to my mom, who has very sensitive skin. I know she would love it the cleanser as much as I do, but she is 89 and not super steady. Plus she gets ready at an old style ceramic stand sink with no counter. This tall skinny bottle is easy to knock over, and really needs to be picked up to use. I'd love to see a shorter, wider (but still elegant and not farmhouse looking) bottle that can sit next to the sink and the user can just push down to dispense. A plus for any sinkside bottle is a bit of silicone on the bottom to keep it from slipping. Thanks for reading!

It’s a good dispenser, and I like the cleanser. I find if I angle it 45 degrees away from my hand, I don’t lose any product down the side of the bottle. It lathers up so well with a little water I never need to use more than one pump. I do find the price tag for the bottle to be high though.

The current soap dispenser features a slender bottle, resulting in a narrow base that compromises its stability. When pressure is applied to the very short nozzle, the bottle can easily tip over—especially worrisome since it is made of glass. Improper use often leads to soap spilling onto the exterior of the bottle, rather than dispensing cleanly into the hand.

To enhance the user experience and reduce the risk of tipping, a shorter and wider bottle design is recommended. Additionally, incorporating a longer spout would make the dispenser easier to operate and help ensure that soap is dispensed efficiently and cleanly.

I love these products, but I’ll need to request a new pump, because it stopped pumping after 2 uses.

I love the cleanser and the feel of my skin afterwards. However, the pump did not work from the start. As someone else had commented, I tried to trim a bit off the straw part as it seemed to be pressed up against the bottom, but this didn't help.
