At 32, my wife (Mandy) saw a dermatologist to check on some sun spots that developed after years of sun without sunscreen and the occasional visit to a tanning bed (whoopsie).
Anyhoo, the dermatologist did some ‘tests’ - but I use air quotes because of this article from The Atlantic - The Pseudoscience of Beauty Products: “Many experts I found were not independent scientists, but dermatologists who also had a clinical practice and, as such, benefit (some greatly) from a thriving industry.”
And what did the tests reveal? That Mandy should buy a number of products from a company the dermatologist owned. And each product cost upwards of $200.
It really grinds my gears when when professionals take advantage of our greatest insecurities, so when Mandy and I launched etee (everything touches everything else) we made the following list to guide all product development decisions:

I have been using etee's facial moisturizer for at least a year. All I can say is that "I love it!!". It goes on so smoothly, and my face feels so fresh after applying it. It may come in a little bottle, but it truly lasts a long time because you only need a little bit to cover your face. You know what "they" say ... "Good things come in small packages!!".
