Nous pensons qu'il est de notre devoir de contribuer à la société – c'est en parfaite adéquation avec notre mission. À ce stade de notre développement, il serait difficile de réunir des fonds, mais je suis convaincu que nous pourrions faire bien plus. Vos suggestions sont les bienvenues. Je pense à quelque chose qui soit en accord avec notre objectif de rendre un mode de vie sans plastique accessible à tous !

« J'ai toujours imaginé vos produits comme faisant partie des kits de secours distribués par la Croix-Rouge, l'Armée du Salut, etc., aux personnes déplacées par des catastrophes naturelles. Quand je vois des images de personnes dans des abris, je réalise qu'elles n'y sont que temporairement et qu'elles reçoivent ces kits contenant des articles de toilette en format voyage. Je pense alors à la quantité de ces produits stockés quelque part, ce qui signifie qu'ils finissent par être jetés après utilisation. Tout est temporaire, produit en masse et destiné à la décharge. Cette suggestion a du potentiel, et bien que nous ne puissions pas la mettre en œuvre pour le moment, nous avons trouvé une alternative légèrement plus simple.
Ainsi, pour la nouvelle année, nous donnerons aux refuges de notre communauté locale (nous sommes basés à Parkdale, à Toronto, et il y a beaucoup de refuges dans les environs) des produits de première nécessité comme nos brosses à dents, notre fil dentaire et notre liquide vaisselle, et nous publierons les résultats ici.

I have been saving Oui glass yogurt has for a friend of mine who raises honey bees. She makes wonderful lemongrass and lavender hand cream.
I have purchased some of your product for her to try with the glass jars as a “lid” to seal the cream. We are going to test it and see if the hand cream will stay moist using the Etee
Product. What could be better?!? Cross your fingers for us! Martha donates some of her hand cream to people who work outdoors for their hand health.

Change requires first an understanding of why it is important to change. Understanding evolves from education. I am wondering if there are any groups out there you could support who’s mission is to teach teachers how to educate kids on the proactive ways they can make new choices that support a healthier environment.
You could make sandwiches and wrap them in your eco friendly wraps and donate to shelters especially women and children shelters. You could put together small gift bags each containing a couple of products that help reduce plastic consumption and maybe place a card in each bag that educates people how they could help our planet by using less plastic. You could set up a raffle event in your community and educate the public about going plastic free. Giving to churches or local businesses that use a lot of plastic and make them aware of the harm its causing to our environment.

Sock and more sock to the homeless.
Two ideas:
1) develop a plastic free dental floss holder (similar in size and shape to a toothbrush).
2) help me to develop a plastic free mesh that can be used in restoring oyster reefs (part of my job). The oysters eventually out grow the plastic mesh in which they’re contained but no good biologist likes putting plastics in the environment.I can send photos upon request.
I’ve always envisioned your products as part of the Disaster Relief Kits handed out by Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc. to people that have been displaced due to natural disasters. When I see images of people in shelters I realize that they are there temporarily and they receive these kits with the travel size personal care items. Then I think about how much of that is in stock someplace, which means that eventually it is thrown out after it is used. It’s all temporary and mass produced and destined for a landfill. What a great way to utilize your entire product line.
That’s my idea :>)
How about a swap-out, where we turn over a plastic item that we think should come in nonplasitic and you present us with the alternative?
