Free shipping for small orders. I liked the pink shampoo for colored hair.
I would most like to see BOGO offers or reward points and special sales for repeat customers. I love the products so far and I’ve already bought more to try out. I had an issue with my first order (the tube was broken in half), but that was resolved super fast. Loving the whole experience so far!
Hello! I would love to see discounts for loyal customers, especially discounts on shipping. An obstacle keeping me from buying more etee is how much the shipping is.
I would love to see etee certified by leaping bunny or PETA to support their cruelty free claims. I would feel more comfortable recommending etee products to friends with this in place. Thank you for your time!
Hi. The free shipping would be great from time to time but I know that eats into profits. I don’t purchase a lot so for what I want, it’s a big help and is usually the barrier to clicking ‘buy’. The ‘try this and we’ll throw in this’ is a great way for people to try a product. I really like your conditioner bars (hard to find good ones). Combined with the shampoo bar (lavender), I tried the deep conditioner during a promotion. It’s okay but I can live without it. The glass jar in the shower is scary (I tend to drop things) but I guess I could transfer to a safer vessel. Also, it makes the bath quite slippery to stand in, even with a bath mat. That’s a big concern for me and I have to be really careful so I probably won’t get that again. Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.
I would love to see more promotions and sales across the board, and exclusive loyal customer sales. Also a rewards program would be great.

I love your products in general, and some especially much. I would like more clarity on subscriptions~ should I subscribe during a sale? Do prices on subscription items fluctuate with sale prices or are they set at the price in effect when the subscription was started? Do shipping costs change based on total size of any given prescription order? I find myself jumping in and ordering frequently, responding to sales. I like to save $, but I also would like to minimize the number of trips to my house, since lowering my impact on the environment is one of my goals. Maybe subscriptions are the key?

I feel like I’m being punished for not subscribing when I purchased single items as they cost me more . I don’t want to have to remember to cancel (although I know I can).
I don’t like the scent of the deep conditioner for hair (in a jar). Although I appreciate, it is not plastic, I have a hand disability and fear I’ll drop it or break it in the bathroom/shower. I bought it, but I don’t use it. I don’t like it as a leave in for curl control post-shower.
I am unable to reseal the ziplock on the powder laundry soap. I like the soap but can’t use the closure. As a result, it got tipped into my washing machine once and I had a huge challenge clearing out enough to run the wash!
My challenges with hand limitations are unique and appreciate that others won’t likely experience these problems. Oh, and squeezing out a pod requires someone to come help me (I live alone).
Free shipping is always a great motivator. The pods don’t stand up to rough handling in some cases but you respond with great customer service and replacement! BYGO and or bundles are another great incentive!
I have been using your electric toothbrush for a few years now. It is very good and your service is great. I’ve also relied a few other products and have enjoyed them all. The probiotic toilet bowl powder is especially nice.
