  • I’m a German, living in the US. What’s happening here in the US under the Trump administration right now is just madness. I am so sorry that your business is affected by this all. I would say, businesses like yours, that care about people and the planet, are now more important than ever! 💗 I feel like America is losing its soul, it’s values of generosity, diversity and freedom and it is just very sad to witness. There are still lots if Americans though who are trying to fight back and hold on to their morals, integrity and sustainable values. I hope many will still support your company as long as it’s possible for them! You guys give us hope! ✨ Much love, Jutta 💗

  • I just want to say I’m so sorry. We’re as horrified as you are. Also angry.

  • It makes me sad that such a large chunk of your business is in the US.
I would have hoped us Canadians supported you better.
Sadly, I live alone and I don’t have as much use for a bunch of the products that you sell so my buying habits are rather slow. That and I have to get rid of a bunch of the plastic I already have in my house before I start buying plastic free. Throwing it out is the same thing as using it and throwing it out for the environment so I might as well use it right.

Anyway, I just want to say thank you for having a plastic free option for us and I am proud to have been with you for so long.

  • Bare with the antics. We are not all insane here. I’m sorry and hope your business is successful.

  • Steve – I have no advice but I do want you to know I think you and your team are brave and courageous to continue on and to see America as your cousin and not your enemy. We need more kindness, love and understanding. If we had that then everything else would take care of itself. Rock On! Cheers, Olga

  • First we have a lunatic dictatorship – over 50% of us voted for Ms Harris but sigh…oh well. Keep doing what you are doing-don’t abandon us here in the US. Prices will go up, I understand. I will try to buy in quantity to lower my shipping costs to compensate for the higher product cost. There is nothing to be done except resist this madness in any way I can and try not to despair.

  • To use another merica euphemism “Keep on Trucking”. The idiot in office is such a dullard I would keep doing things normally. He can’t and doesn’t like to do the hard work especially when you (Canada and Mexico) stand up to him. Keep urging your leaders to call his bluff and stand up to him. He’s a weak immoral dumpster fire. Thank you.

  • I just received an order I placed a couple weeks ago. With all the uncertainty, I ordered extra, just in case, because I especially love your prebiotic deodorant. I will keep ordering as long as I can, recognizing that what I pay may get driven up by confusing tariffs. There may come a time when I can’t afford it, but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it. I’m sorry that this is happening, and I recognize it is the consequence of people electing this president. It is the consequence we have to bear, or work to resist and change. Obviously we don’t know what will happen, but I appreciate that you all are doing the hard work of creating plastic-free products for the world. Whether we in the US can continue to buy them or not, I’m so glad you all are making them available.
Thank you, and may good things continue to come to and from you,
    Kirstin

  • Dear good ETEE friends,
I am so sorry for the actions of our president. He is a master at sowing chaos without regards to anyone else. Some of us here in California would be happy to be part of Canada!
    Sincerely

  • I am sorry that this is happening. It is so unnecessary.
