  • I use Tom’s of Maine Olive/Vitamin E Bar, comes in a box but wrapped in plastic. It’s getting hard to find.
Would like to go to organics and stop using all plastic but it is hard to find in stores and usually out of my budget. There’s more choices on line but with the high prices + shipping way out of my budget! I do the best I can by using less in everyday life. (More companies need to start using eco friendly packaging.)

  • I’m currently using 2 different types of facial soap bars. (from eBay & Etsy) I have an old plastic toner bottle that I filling with my own DYI toner ( essential oils and witch hazel and other astringents ) I use reusable facial pads, still using leftover night cream, but use SPF face sunscreen in a tin case for my morning moisturizer. If suitable options for plastic-free for my face occurs, I’m interested, it would have to be natural, vegan and cruelty-free

  • I use Kirks unscented Castile bar soap; comes wrapped in paper; follow that with Austin’s witch hazel which is packaged in plastic. I’d try skin toner in a recyclable glass bottle.

  • I use Crude facial oils with their pull cloth. Comes in a glass dropper bottle. Love the way it pulls the makeup off my skin & doesn’t leave me feeling over dry.

  • Right now I am using Bert’s Bees cleanser daily, which is sold in a plastic container. I am transitioning and looking for “clean” products to use on my aging skin. I am very interested in neem oil, jojoba oil, other ayuvedic products. Lots of information in other cultures that could be used. I think refillable containers are a good idea if the health department will let such things happen.

  • I only use philosophy products, my hands, and warm water. I love the cleanser, purity, have tried many others, don’t like them. Yes, all packaged in plastic. What would make me switch to skin care not in plastic? Philosophy would have to get rid of plastic containers. Sorry, I choose quality of product over saving the earth
