Notre lessive ne contient ni agent de rinçage, ni plastique, ni eau inutile, MAIS c'est notre produit le moins bien noté, et cela pourrait être dû à l'absence d'agent de rinçage… En fait, avant la publication de cette étude, nous avions développé une autre formule avec agent de rinçage.
Que devons-nous faire ?
A) Arrêter de développer un agent de rinçage et suggérer aux clients d'utiliser du vinaigre avec notre détergent (ce qui signifie une autre bouteille en plastique pour stocker le vinaigre et sachant que le vinaigre n'est pas aussi efficace) ?
B) Continuer à explorer d'autres produits de rinçage et options de nettoyage, sachant que les « alternatives » causent souvent (mais pas toujours) les mêmes problèmes parce qu'elles sont nouvelles et n'ont pas encore été testées ?
C) Baisser le drapeau blanc et décider que notre détergent est ce qu'il est : il fonctionne pour un certain nombre de personnes, mais pas pour tout le monde, et qu'avec le temps, nous trouverons une meilleure option ?

My main issue with the detergent is I find it’s not very effective against oil/grease, whereas other supposedly natural detergents I’ve used have been (they just include plastic in the packaging that has to be thrown in the trash). I don’t know what would have to be added for that, but I have to imagine there’s something that isn’t harmful that works.

Eliminating ALL plastic is an admirable but unobtainable goal. Elimin8ng all unnecessary plastic IS viable.

Their products are effective, but they do not offer dishwasher rinse. Keeping a plastic bottle and reusing it hundreds of times is mitigating the problem of plastic pollution.
But, are you able to do it?
It’s true, it doesn’t work for me and my family. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but if I had to it would be one star only. Sorry.
B. Explore options. But im a bit frustrated because I just bought your detergent last week, not knowing even you are unhappy with it. I haven’t started using it yet, but will need to next week. Residue on dishes is unhealthy and means an extra few rinse cycles… what a waste of energy and money!
In all honesty, my husband refuses to buy this because he didn’t like it. I found it worked great if you have very hot water and use a bit more product on the dishes. It is great to know that the rinse aide is causing issues! I think it’s time for my household to try again!
