Can I REALLY get my money back within 90 days?

Absolutely. Here's the thing, if you're not happy, we're not happy, so if our Chrysalis Beautypods are not what you expect, we will gladly refund 100% of the cost within 90 days.

Are Chrysalis Beautypods Plastic-Free?

Yes! Our moisturizer is plastic-free, and so is the packaging it comes in!

Are Chrysalis Beautypods Phtalate-Free?

Yes! Our moisturizer Phtalate free!

Are Chrysalis Beautypods free from toxic ingredients?

Yes! Chrysalis Beautypods are free from toxic ingredients such as SLS, parabens, phthalates.


Do you charge shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $60 (before taxes) in the USA and Canada, and only $6.50 otherwise! International order shipping fees are based on your location and how much you purchase. VAT and local international mail charges may apply and are outside of etee's control.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We'll ship etee products anywhere in the world.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We always look for eco-friendly companies when sourcing packaging items. It's difficult sometimes because only a handful of companies can provide us what we need but everything from boxes, stickers, tape, envelopes, stuffing, inserts are eco-friendly- either recycled, compostable or biodegradable. We always try to source naturally.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship directly to customers within America. If you are located outside America you may purchase our products through one of our international distributors. If your country is not listed in our distributor list, please contact us, as we may be able to ship directly to your destination.

Can I return the product?

You can return the product within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied with it.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
