There’s a brand called Doughy that makes raw cookie dough you can eat or bake. It’s just cashews, maple syrup, chocolate chips, vanilla, & salt. They make a peanut butter one, too. Just in case you don’t feel like making one (I can’t have a lot of chickpeas so that’s my excuse). I buy it at Sprouts.

I chopped an organic dark chocolate with coconut bar instead of chocolate chips and also added some organic shredded coconut to the cookie dough recipe. Yum!!! Thanks!
Chocolate PB Quinoa (2 servings) 4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I use pumpkin seed protein), 2 tbsp raw cacao powder, 1 cup non dairy milk, 3 tbsp creamy nut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, 2-3 tbsp water, 1 cup cooked quinoa.
Whisk chia, protein, cacao & milk, put in refrigerator at least 2 hours, best overnight. Mix together nut butter, sweetener and water until smooth. Add quinoa and the milk mixture and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. I also slice up banana in mine and I use cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips, but I’m sure your children would prefer the chips. Hope you like it, it’s one of my go to breakfasts.
