  • I like the way it is now also. I already have and use the dish detergent, hand soap, the deodorant paste, laundry detergent, cleaner for my washing machine, the different color wraps for my leftovers, and don’t really need anything else. If I did, I would wait until you had free shipping and then order because I don’t need bulk anything. I’m only one person.

  • I think if you could ship bulk to local refilleries that would be a good idea because you are helping small business and still encouraging waste free products. I mean Costco is great. Who doesn’t love a deal but how do big corporations like that affect your company’s profit. If you can afford it, great. But big corporations like Costco and Walmart only care about their own profit, squashing small business (not that you guys are small anymore). Btw love your dishwasher detergent and toilet bowl cleaner. Best eco-friendly products ever.

  • I had to stop my subscription due to the difficulties making changes (delaying only certain things and adding something to an upcoming order). I love the products so I just order when needed and get enough to qualify for free shipping. I prefer the current method (free shipping when over a certain amount purchased). I live in the US and have tried to find a US company that carries all the products I like (deodorant paste, chew paste, concentrated hand and dish soap) but there just isn’t one as good as Etee! I still use my adult daughter’s Prime account because I really hate membership fees! We paid for her college and graduate school so she owes us!

  • I’m wondering about adapting a sort of CSA model—partner with a local business and do a bulk shipment there once a month/every two weeks, whatever demand supports in various markets. Then folks go to the local business for pick up. It would work best with subscriptions, obviously, but as with a farm box, you could add things to your order before the packing date, or whatever. It wouldn’t work everywhere, but it might encourage people to encourage their local friends to order. And businesses get the benefit of folks coming in to their stores. I love your products, and will continue to buy them regardless as long as I am able.

  • I like the annual fee and free shipping. I don’t want to stockpile, but bulk buying a great idea for large families or those living outside Canada.. I love the products and am looking forward to purchasing more.

  • Discounts for bulk buying is a good idea, even if I don’t do it. I would love it if I didn’t have to pay shipping, but since I live in the United States, and the way things are now with ‘you know who’ (ugh), I don’t know how to justify asking you to send me products without paying a fee of some kind. I spend a lot of money on Amazon Prime, and I pay the fee, but of course besides free shipping, I am also getting other things like movies and shows, music, my photos backed up on my phone, etc. You obviously can’t do that sort of thing, so I wouldn’t want to pay a yearly fee just for free shipping. I love your products, but I have to say I have been buying less (not just from you) because of shipping costs. I want to help save our planet, but I’m also in my seventies and have to pick and choose how to spend my money. Sorry I am being no help at all!! But I do love your Facebook commercials, so don’t stop doing those!!

  • I like things the way they are—occasional specials, and I buy in bulk to save on shipping and limit shipments. I don’t think I would pay an annual fee because I almost always buy enough to qualify for free shipping—which I believe is how it should be for anyone who can go that route. I would hope any annual fee scheme—if you decide to do one—would be optional!

  • I don’t have a great idea, but I have a couple of thoughts to share. I believe you have free shipping when someone’s order is over $90, right? That seems reasonable to me, especially since one can widely space subscriptions…I’m assuming the free shipping is applicable to those? I’ve never been to Costco, but what I don’t like about lower prices for bulk shipping, is that it tends to eliminate those who are budgeters by necessity. You’ve likely heard of the story of the guy who needs new boots, but can’t afford the “good” ones, and so has to buy the “okay” ones repeatedly, costing more and never getting good boots. Planning ahead doesn’t help because the boots are necessary right now. In other words, people who most need to save money are less able to do so. New topic: I went to ship snowshoes to my son at a local farm store. I erroneously thought the business would ship directly to my son’s “same business” 300 miles away. Turned out, it hardly cost anything, because the local business “had a deal” with the shipper…presumably because they were regular customers. Maybe you need to sit down for lunch with your shipper and negotiate…you should probably spring for lunch. Regardless, your company is great!

  • I would prefer the prime option. I live in a small house so both buying doesn’t work for me and I’m on a limited income and so the high shipping fees don’t work for me either. I often load the cart and then see the shipping fees, and don’t make my order.

  • I’m happy with the way you do it now- free ship at certain price level. I would also support a prime kind of deal, but I don’t think it is necessary.
