I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub and yes, unfortunately it comes in plastic. I would love to see you come out with something similar in a glass jar or other biodegradable container.
I use a very luxurious, completely natural product from Germany called Dr.Hauschka products. The containers are glass or metal tubes. It is very expensive, so I don’t use it more than 2-3 times a week.
It would take something that is both environmentally and animal friendly!
Don’t have one. Just soap and water when I shower. Nothing to change as I do not use anything special on face
I currently use a product from Drunk Elephant that does come in a plastic tube. I’d be looking for a mild cleanser that has little to no fragrance, but cleanses thoroughly and removes make up.
I’m 63. I haven’t used bar soap in many years. Have Used Obagi for 13+ years – gentle liquid in plastic container.
Now for past several months use neutrogena gentle liquid cleanser in plastic pump container. When that runs out IM DONE. I will not buy another plastic container of face wash.
I use only nontoxic skin care products. At night I double cleanse, first with oil, then with a lotion. Both are packaged in glass, which is recyclable. Then a toner, also in glass. In the morning maybe only water, maybe exfoliate in the shower. I go for products in glass now, as a conscious choice.
I would like a toner without chemicals, a witch hazel base, perhaps. And yes, recyclable/refillable.
A gentle creamy cleaner that I use twice daily. I would LOVE a plastic free face wash.
I am 56 and have very dry skin and roseacea. I have used facial oil to clean my skin for several years and it works really well. Lately I have just been using almond oil that I purchase in bulk from my local health food store. It would be nice to find something that’s just a little thinner than almond oil, but I’m not going to spend a ton of money and I hate packaging – so it’s gonna be hard to get me away from health food store almond oil. Good luck.
