Your mission is to review the options and to provide feedback in the comments below!

Option 1 - etee Prime
Free Shipping and 10% off for either an annual fee ($39?) or a monthly fee ($5?).  Monthly fee could be cancelled any time.

Option 2 - etee COSTCO
Wholesale pricing (30 - 50% off) for bulk purchases - more than 3 of any one product - and an annual fee.  Free shipping would also be included

Option 3 - Insert your brilliant idea here...

What should we name it???
etee - rhymes with crime?  Let me know all your creative ideas in the comments below.

  • I like it fine the way it is, but I might purchase more and more often if you had an annual fee that included a discount and free shipping. Subscriptions would still offer a greater discount. You could call it ETEE SUPREME!

PS – how do you become a member of the PFC?

  • I think the COSTCO model would make the most sense because it encourages fewer deliveries which means fewer emissions. I think if you offered that but also kept the current model it would kinda cover all of your bases, since not everyone needs to buy in bulk (case in point, I love COSTCO but I don’t have a membership because my household only has 2 people :)). As a US person, I like ordering my etee stuff in bulk because it takes a while to get to me and because of the occasional logistics hiccups that can occur (really glad I stocked up on my dental tabs!). I’d probably call it etee+ since that’s a well-known naming scheme (e.g. paramount+, chewy+).

  • good as is. I am also a bulk purchaser… but the tooth-tabs seem yo be gone. – Maybe, FO RMEMBERSHIPS, we could use you as a clearing house for combining large orders and drop ship to 1 members house so people nearby can come get their portion?

  • I think it’s working out well right now. Maybe members of the PFC should get a lower threshold for free shipping. In addition there should be a way to add products to an upcoming subscription order so that we only pay the shipping once. Not related to shipping, I want to mention that maybe you guys can offer a return program for empty deodorant jars and vitamin c serum containers, if there isn’t a good way to do refills for these items. Keep doing what you’re doing! I love all my etee products.

  • I do like the free shipping with over $90, and the occasional free product. I live in the US and tend to wait to purchase for when I need a larger order. Thank you for a wonderful product.

  • I am a strong believer in innovation of your products but I dont think a change to your shipping strategy is necessary. I am fairly new to your line and to shipping fees are on par with other brands. I really like your periodic specials and letting customers try products for free.

  • Pick up at shop doesn’t work for anyone outside of Toronto. As a fixed budget, single person I also don’t buy in bulk. I do like an annual fee for a discount and free shipping on every order. I only order something when I need it and always pay the shipping fee.

  • COSTCO vibe, yes, but also Canadian Tire vibe, order online and pick at store or, in Etee case, 21-575 Wentworth St. E Oshawa address. I would bike to that location from Ajax to pick up my order.

  • It’s fine how it is, free shipping with $90 is more than reasonable.

  • I like the way it is now! I usually buy enough to qualify for free shipping! Not a fan of subscriptions as my usage varies and am on a limited budget as a pensioner! My feeling is, “If it ’ain’t’ broke, don’t fix it!”
