Notre lessive ne contient ni agent de rinçage, ni plastique, ni eau inutile, MAIS c'est notre produit le moins bien noté, et cela pourrait être dû à l'absence d'agent de rinçage… En fait, avant la publication de cette étude, nous avions développé une autre formule avec agent de rinçage.
Que devons-nous faire ?
A) Arrêter de développer un agent de rinçage et suggérer aux clients d'utiliser du vinaigre avec notre détergent (ce qui signifie une autre bouteille en plastique pour stocker le vinaigre et sachant que le vinaigre n'est pas aussi efficace) ?
B) Continuer à explorer d'autres produits de rinçage et options de nettoyage, sachant que les « alternatives » causent souvent (mais pas toujours) les mêmes problèmes parce qu'elles sont nouvelles et n'ont pas encore été testées ?
C) Baisser le drapeau blanc et décider que notre détergent est ce qu'il est : il fonctionne pour un certain nombre de personnes, mais pas pour tout le monde, et qu'avec le temps, nous trouverons une meilleure option ?

My flatware looks filthy after washing and dishes have traces of something on them unless completely stain free before washing. I really don’t want to go back to cascade and I have added vinegar which maybe helped a little. I then tried Blueland and the same problem. Especially the flatware looks disgusting and don’t come clean if just rinsing and rubbing water.
We don’t run the dishwasher but a few times a week, and I haven’t noticed any health problems. I’d go with C.
On another note, I like your deodorant…but its way too thick! Can you make it more like a cream? Warming it to apply is a bit of a hassle. I really appreciate your company and it’s mission. I LOVE the dish soap!
Your dishwasher powder works fine for me.
C would be my vote. The dishwasher detergent worked fine in my Florida dishwasher. No further change needed, but I had been using a rinse aide before and there may have been residual still there.
I’m good to keep using your dishwasher detergent. I agree that it doesn’t always get everything perfectly sparkling, but it is definitely less sketchy than using rinse aid. Maybe just scrape dishes a little better before loading? It’s still easier than doing all dishes by hand.
Hmm! So tough! I love that you’re asking! But that’s what you guys do. I say keep working on it. The reason we all stopped using the big companies detergent is because it’s full of chemicals and shit. And needlessly super expensive. Also, it makes some things like silicon rubber scrapers or straws taste like dish detergent! We know your detergent has some failings, but we didn’t know that you knew! We use your detergent and some citric acid, but it’s still imperfect. We do more rinsing on certain food stuffs that we know stick. But our glasses are all cloudy. Maybe we’ll go back to vinegar, which we used to do. But that also seemed imperfect. It doesn’t help that I’m pretty sure our dishwasher is not terribly good. Does your detergent have some of those lovely food eating enzymes in it? But I don’t know if that will keep our glasses from being cloudy. All I know is I’m thankful I don’t have to make the decision, but I’m glad you’re on the case.
I have faith you can find a better solution!! Keep researching.
I don’t like the residue and stains either, but I also don’t like the health issues. Maybe keep looking with this in mind? How do you add vinegar to your dish washer?
A -vinegar. Unless you can supply both with a rinse aid and without as ordering choices.
Can Etee try to develop more probiotic cleaner types? The probiotic toilet bowl cleaner is the best ever!
I love that you are worried about this issue and are taking steps to try and find a solution. In the meantime, I suggest you do all of the above. I use your dishwashing detergent when I have loads that aren’t too heavily soiled because it works just fine on that! And for really nasty loads, I use a store-bought product :(. I never thought to add vinegar to yours, so I might try that because I have vinegar anyway, because it is still one of my most trusted cleaning products even if it does come in plastic (I wish they would sell it in something else but I get that it is very corrosive so metal isn’t an option, and so many people don’t like glass because it breaks or is too heavy). I use separate rinse aid in my dishwasher because my dishwasher insists that I use it — I get all sorts of warnings when it runs out! But now I will do further research into this before I decide if I’m going to stop using it or not. Keep up the good work, don’t give up investigating things and keep us posted!!
